"Kvartāls 5/26"
“Kvartāls 5/26” — a reconstruction of a historical monument from the beginning of the 20th century — an ode to National Romanticism. The quarter incorporates an ensemble of three buildings and forms a united living space for those who appreciate the combination of classical architecture and modern technology.

On a sunny plot of land, in the private house sector, in Mārupe, a modern design ergonomic and energy-efficient house with an area of 182 m2, which includes a car canopy, utility room and personal meadow with a bower.
Common landscaped garden and yard with children’s playground.
Difference between our project and other’s is that home sections do not have common partitions.
